    I have a Gold three month deal and not to long ago it asked me if i wanted to keep auto renew on and i accidently hit no. How do i turn it back on please??!

    Where is the option to turn off auto renewal?

    I am looking under "subscriptions" and "payment and billing".

    However, I can't find that option?

    Yes, the only way to turn off auto renewal is to PHONE support for your region.

    I don't know of any way to turn it back on other than contacting phone support to see if they can do it for you.

    Other than that your other option would be to wait until your current membership runs out then purchase a new one.

    You can't set the cancellation date. If you turn off auto-renewal it will just cancel after the 1 month.

    It is possible your subscription is set to Auto Renew as this locks your card details to the console so you can't remove them.

    Please try logging into your Microsoft account to make sure auto renew is turned off.

    Did you turn off auto renewal AFTER you purchased the 1$ Game Pass upgrade? If not, that is why this happened.

    error with xbox live renewal !!!

    When you purchase gold directly from Xbox, it does warn you that it will turn on auto-renewal and you will have to turn it off. So you would have authorized auto-renewal when you confirmed the payment. You're still showing as gold, not silver.

    If you can't turn off auto-renewal via the website, you will need to contact support so they can turn it off for you. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
