    Bought and downloaded a few Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One, so those local licenses were tied to that console.

    Now I can't play those same games, offline, on my Xbox 360, without transferring those local licenses. I followed the steps online - ran the transfer tool, redownloaded the affected games, but they still don't work.

    I've talked to several support people, but none were sure how to solve the problem. Everyone was friendly and seemed to try their best, but it was like the procedure didn't exist in their knowledgebase. And now I'm back to square one.

    Got red light of death. bought new 360 slim system and transfered everything over.........................

    I went through and transfered gamertag and all that did the license transfers for all my downloaded games as it said to through the 360 slim instructions. If I some how miss the saved games I don't know how I did.
