Cant transfer games due to preview program

Discus and support Cant transfer games due to preview program in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i was able to share my games with my younger brother but now i am no longer able to share games after this preview program, I would like this fixed...     Cant transfer games due to preview program


    i was able to share my games with my younger brother but now i am no longer able to share games after this preview program, I would like this fixed soon so can continue gaming with my younger brother. Does anyone else have this issue? reference code 1345445291

    If I buy a digital 360 game on Xbox.com can I download it on the One?

    Yea I'm in preview program, but so far my previous GWG didn't transfer...I know for sure AC:brotherhood was one

    The Game Preview program is unrelated to the Dashboard Preview program. You need not be a member of the Dashboard preview group in order to take advantage of the Ark early access.

    There is lots of confusion due to various information floating around the internet.

    ARK: Survival Evolved launches today (12/16/2015) as part of the Game Preview program. It will be available for $34.99 in the Game Preview section of the marketplace. (for all users)

    Case numbers do not help that's only between you and phone support or privately mentioned in pm

    It is a security risk for you

    It didn't work I think it's got something to do with the preview program due to the latest update I got on my Xbox one that was sent with me being in the preview program that is causing the issue... My roommate doesn't have an issue on his Xbox one with
    backwards compatible games and he isn't in the preview program
