Can't transfer GamerTag

Hi,

I contact you from Germany, because the support over here is making me crazy (Not informed and not helping). What I try to do is to retrieve my old GamerTag "". This Gamertag is linked to my very old unused microsoft account "@domain.com".

My actual account is "[A]@outlook.com" with the GamerTag "Lordimafi". The first support contact told me I need to create a third Account without GamerTag to free up my account "[A]@outlook.com" from "Lordimafi" so I created a account "[C]@domain.com" without
GamerTag and baught

a Xbox 360 additionally because I was told it is the only way to transfer GamerTags... After trying to transfer my GamerTag "Lordimafi" to the new account [C] I get an error that it cant be done right now.

So I stand here with three Accounts of which I only want to use [A] with my GamerTag "", a freshly baught xBox 360 only for transfering my Gamertag (I want to buy the new One S) and can't transfer my GamerTag to my actual account.

With this I contacted German support today from which the employee at the chat told me this is not even possible to change only an alias can be added and the support at phone told me this is also not possible...

You can't transfer points to another Xbox LIVE account/gamertag.

Update 1:

Afer contacting Xbox support the 4th time (Now US) I got the information that I cannot transfer the Gamertag because my actual account [A]@outlook.com has active subscriptions besides Xbox Live Account, which is Office 365 University and OneDrive. The support
said I need to contact windows support for temporarily deactivate the subscriptions to not be seen in my account.

After contacting Windows support they said a deactivation or move of Subscriptions is not possible only adding aliases, which wont help in my case.

Now this would be a deadlock having no option to retrieve my old Gamertag...

 

Update 2:

Back to the Xbox Support I was told that I just should wait until my Office 365 Subscription ends which is 2017 than I will be able to migrate...
