Can't touch undo button after video ad plays

    Can't touch undo button after video ad plays


    On tri peaks game, when I choose to see an ad video to get one more deal I'm not able to ise the undo button after the video ends and return to game.

    I'm using Surface Pro 3 and problem is either in tablet mode or with keyboard attached.

    Ad never ends just replays over and over never leading you to the Game

    Ad on minesweeper plays over and over again you never get to play. Please fix ad

    There is no close button on the Ad or a back button. it is on an endless loop

    Solitaire daily challenge video ad doesn't close

    When I start the first Solitaire daily challenge an ad video plays. Recently these have been local ads. Each time when the video plays it doesn't go away, but sits as a big box in the upper left of the screen. I can't play the challenge game. I then
    have to restart my computer, which takes quite a while and doesn't always work.

    EDIT: I added the last 3 videos as a last thought and couldn't edit it to show 5 videos instead of 2. In any case, they show basic truths regarding Xbox Live and help undo some myths. ;)

    Maybe my PC (surface) has a problem.

    Even if I touch the cross button to close the ad (Jewels of Rome)

    several times, the ad does not disappear.

    So, I can't play the game.

    XBOX and Microsoft Store issue

    watch the video again and undo everything that you followed, if you can't then your only option is a full reset, messing with the registry without knowing what any of it does can lead to a system full of issues.
