    I can't seem to be able to send messages to people on my friends list. I have tried to do what Microsoft has been telling me to do with submitting a code but that's repeatedly been not working. If anyone knows what's up, please reply. I just want to tell
    a dude I had fun playing with them in a game. Can't text :(

    I get it every now and again. I usually just wait and it clears itself.

    I've only had this happen on the app on my phone, where it will randomly give an error saying "Access to this feature is blocked" even though, no I haven't blocked messaging and I can message fine with my friends. What fixes it is to force stop the app,
    and then restart it. Then, messages work fine.

    Hi there sorry your having problems. Have you tried sending message through the xbox app on mobile phone or pc ? To see if that works 🤔

    You may need to check your privacy settings to be sure that you can send and receive messages from people other than your friends.

    Go to Xbox.com and sign in with your microsoft account and click
    Xbox One Online Safety to review and change your settings online. I would restart your console, too.
