Can't tell which epic account is associated to fortnite on my xbox :

I need help.

My fortnite account was one of those hat got hacked and my mother's credit card was hit hard.

She succeeded to get her money back by epic games but she tiold me that she erased the e^pic account, fearing another hack.

Now I am trying to get some free items withe the twitch prime offer, everything went fine until I got to the point where I had to connect to an epic account. I created a new one with everything like my xbox (same username same email), and then, when tryng
to associate the epic games account to my xbox it told me there was alreadt an epic games account associated with it ! I can't tell which ne is it and I don't know how to find the name of this epic account, neither can I tell which email it's using since the
email I used to create the new epic games account is the same email as the one I'm using for my xbox on my microsoft account...

Can anybody help me ? I need to know how to find which epic games account is associated with fortnite and I need to know how his email !

If it's the one that was created when my account got hacked and my mother didn't really suppress, what can I do to know which one it is. Do I have to do it from fortnite or from my PC through the microsoft site ?

I really need to know which epic games account it is because I can't erase fortnite and download it again with my new epic games acount, it would erase everything I have won, and evrtyghing I (my mother) paid for !

Thanks for reaching out to us! When it comes to linking your Xbox Account (GamerTag) to your Fortnite account (Epic Games account), each GamerTag/profile can only link to one Fortnite account. If you are able to sign into Fortnite on your device with your
son's Xbox account and his Epic account and view his progress then that is normal. However, if you'd like to sign into your Xbox account on Fortnite, it would need to correspond with the Epic games account associated with your GamerTag.

If your own GamerTag (Xbox profile) is not linking up with your Epic Games account, then you would need to

contact Epic Games concerning your Fortnite account directly for assistance in getting those two accounts to link. Just be sure you know the different account log in emails for their site specific to each of you.

Hello, there are 2 options for which this happens, either because when you played fortnite the first time you decided not to create an epic account so the game creates a "ghost" account for you, for that you just have to connect with your xbox account
on the epic games website, otherwise the second solution is that maybe an xbox account has already been associated with the epic account, contact epic games by email if you really have account association issues

I have recently downloaded Fortnite on my Xbox one and was automatically linked to my live account. I created an account with epic games and tried to link it to my xbox account and can't because of the initial download on my console was currently

Hi BannanaBoi101,

That code is only redeemable to your Microsoft Account which would only be accessible through the associated Xbox Live account when launching Fortnite on the Xbox One console. The bundle you are referring to is an Xbox One S All Digital Exclusive bundle,
therefore you can only actually get the content on Xbox Live. Fortnite on PC is not associated with your Xbox Live account whatsoever, only your EPIC Account. Content is accessible across Fortnite's supported platforms, but you first need to login to Fortnite
on Xbox Live through an Xbox One console to receive the items from that bundle, then if your accounts are linked, they should appear on Fortnite on PC when you login there with your EPIC account.

Essentially, if you do not have access to an Xbox One console, then you will not have access to the items in that bundle which you redeemed. It would also be impossible to redeem that code meant to be redeemed to a Microsoft Account, to your Epic Account
whether or not you had already redeemed it.

Hello again, that's really weird, I can't tell you about Twitch, but at Epic once synced an account they no longer allow you to switch accounts.

If you have access to your Epic account, sign in and try to add manually, another way is to sign in to an Xbox to sign in to Fortnite so that the account syncs with Epic.
