The same thing is happening to me and I literally have only spoken to my best friend in the last week on xbox and I never cheat or glitch so there is no reason for me to get banned. I haven't gotten a banned notification though, have you? Because it just
keeps telling me the privacy settings thing and then it won't even let me look at my settings because there is another error screen.

1. Contact us here
2. Select Billing
3. Select "Error messages and codes"
4. Say 'No thanks" to the virtual agent
5. Skip step 3, and Select request a call from support

You can still chat with a live agent, but you have to select the correct issue before it’ll give you that option.

If you select something as your issue and you do not see that as an option, then back up a page and choose something else even if it’s unrelated to your problem.

It works. I’ve done it twice in the past week.

When you get to Support, you should get the option to decline the virtual agent, and get other options, such as Support Chat with a live Microsoft employee or requesting a callback from Microsoft. To get the most accurate options for your region, you should
be signed in with your Microsoft account and that account should be set to the same region in which you live.
