Can't talk with people

hey guys, I'm having trouble talking with anybody right now as anytime I go to a party it says, "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people". When I play overwatch, gears, halo, 2K, I can't hear anybody. I had a suspension on the 22nd of June and
it was said to end on the 8th of July, well the time has come and nothing has changed

Hey zvzo,

Please check again on enforcement.xbox.com that the correct time has really passed. Compare the shown Timezone to yours to make sure it should be really over.

If thats the case try the following:

- Remove your Profile from the Console as explained here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

- After that, press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes. After that time replug and restart.

- Once the Console is booted up again, readd your profile to the Console as explained here: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

Let us know if that helped.

I'm having the same issue, I can't hear or talk to my friends in the party

But sending a group party chat inv, is a much bigger deal IMO than someone saying is anyone talking?

Party chat you can't even kick them at the moment. The more people that talk in the lobby the more people will answer.

Yeah, but it's weird all the people I talk about this problem say the same thing my friends and even the people I talk on gamechat on some games they say the same thing about the party system. Microsoft needs to fix party system because it's really frustrating.

I need to add to this; My friends list has been stuck in limbo with the same info for a few days. The same people online doing the same thing (i.e. One person has been watching a blu ray movie for two days). I can't get party invites, I can't invite people
who I know are online (but not showing up). I can clearly see the people when I play Battlefront, and can even invite them to my in game party (no talking can be heard), but I can't join parties.

I've done all the usual resets and such. What's going on?

Edit: the friends list on my Smart Glass works fine!
