    Can't talk to a certain person but can play


    Hi there,

    I'm trying to talk to a certain person on my friends list but it won't let me. We've tried in game chats as well as parties. I've also tried being in another friends party and have us both join him but still nothing. I am however able to play a game with him.

    I'm playing destiny and we have no problems joining the game but just the communication seems to be the problem.

    Any suggestions would be great if any of you have experienced this problem before.

    Which Idiot deleted all the Skyrim threads?

    If using insults gets you banned everyone who's ever posted in a certain crazy persons threads would be banned...

    I agree, this is the GENERAL game discussion forums. We should be able to talk and discuss ANY game, even Nintendo or Sony ones. I mean, just read the discription for this part of the forums! It sounds like we can talk about any game, but in reality we can't.

    What a dam fool I am - Accidentaly purchased a game

    Little clue for you make sure you listen and talk to everyone you can, sometimes if you listen to a conversation or speak to a certain person you will hear a little sound play. You also get if from strumming certain guitars, if you do it enough you unlock
    the alternate "good" ending. Ive never managed it but there are guides out there on the net if your so inclined

    Sorry to hear about the chat issue! Are you able to chat with everyone else just fine? The issue may be his connection. If possible, I'd like to have you and your friend to try this Xbox

    Am I the only sick of the explicit word stuff they’ve got?

    personally I think that there should be no trash talk at all. Xbox should get rid of the
    trash talk and swearing ok tags from LFG as well.

    personally, I don't have a problem with people swearing and, in certain situations, sometimes an expletive is understandable and forgivable, but, trash talk is purely there to attack the player as a person and get an emotional response. in a lot of cases
    it can lead to harassment and bullying or at least it can feel that way to the person on the receiving end, and often one or both players get an enforcement action.
