Cant talk through headsets.

So since the may 17th 2019 update I have not been able to talk through any of my three headsets on any of my three controllers. However I can hear perfectly through them. I have done all of the trouble shooting and full resets both plugged and un plugged.
Nat type is open. Cant access the volume under settings because it is greyed out. I cant get it to work. Any way to fix this other than wait for the next xbox update and hope that it fixes the last one?

The only other thing I can think of is to maybe remove your profile from the console, do a full reset, and add your profile again. It sounds like you've done most of the typical troubleshooting though. It might be an issue with the console itself and it
might need repair. If it doesn't fix itself soon on its own, or fix with the next update, then I would possibly look into seeing if it needs to be sent in for servicing. Very sorry for your luck with this.

I've also been on chat with support 3 separate times and I was disconnected each time after trying things. None worked.

im having trouble aswell like when i join a xbox one party with my friends they talk through the tv and i cant talk to them then a few minutes later it working through the headset, then more few minutes later they back to coming through the tv audio and
i cant talk to them any idea why it doing this?
