Discus and support can't talk or send messages after suspension (xbox one) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; just finished my console ban yesterday after 2 or 3 weeks and now i can play online again it feels great but i still can't talk or message or hear...     can't talk or send messages after suspension (xbox one)


    just finished my console ban yesterday after 2 or 3 weeks and now i can play online again it feels great but i still can't talk or message or hear anyone on any account i tried it's kinda lame because i play destiny 2 with my clan and we need communication
    to play and i also tried hard resetting my xbox one and delete my account and add it back but nothing is working and i haven't got another message or anthing for a extension on communication suspension.

    I still can't communicate after my suspension

    I was suspended for 2 weeks and after my days of suspension I still can't send messages, talk in parties, and etc.

    This is ridiculous

    The most common way for you to get a communication suspension is by sending someone a message trash talking or using explicate language. Just be very carefully to who you send messages to on xbox live. If some one sends you a message trash talking you. Just
    report the message, try not to respond. This will keep you out of trouble.

    Yeah i soon as i heard the same stupid suspension notice from xbox support chat i put my console up for sale so i can go to PCmasterRace i am done with this pathetic service. LMAO RIP Console Rules

    try hard resetting the console by holding the power button in for 10 seconds. Then, reboot the console.

    Also, if that does not work, try removing the account from the console then adding it back again.

    I am having the same exact issue. I can't send or respond to messages and who knows what else, since I haven't tested party chat either. I had a suspension for Voice Communication on ‎7‎/‎27‎/‎2017‎ for "Communication" and another
    Xbox Live Multiplayer suspension on ‎7‎/‎28‎/‎2017‎ for "Harassment Abuse and Threats". My Voice Communication lasted until August 4, 2017.. whereas with my Xbox Live Multiplayer suspension, this lasted until August 11, 2017. Both have passed as you
