    Cant talk or hear anyone even though suspension is over.


    My suspension was supposed to end September 2 at 3:00 pm but it still said that I am banned. It is now September 3 and im still having this issue. Was my suspension extended without me knowing? Is there something I can do?

    My account cant play online or send messages?

    Im confused because i cant talk, play online or send messages even though i do not talk send messages with inappropriate laungauge. and apparently its a permanent suspension on my account. They told me to come here because they said my xbox has been banned
    even though my xbox one is perfectly normal. So im really consfused.,

    Unable to use party chat

    So I was recently suspended for a week for inappropriate use of communication. My suspension is over but I am still unable to use party chat. I can join parties, hear my friends, but my friends cant hear me. The problem is with my account because when I
    signed onto another account I could be heard. So its like they didn't fully remove my suspension even though it is over. Please help me.

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on suspension. You most likely have a console ban. These will not show in your enforcement page list unfortunately. You can go to the
    Enforcement pageand look over console bans. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums.

    Xbox Companion App party chat not working?

    I also have the same issue with the Xbox app where you can’t hear anyone in a party until you start talking then I can hear others. When I’m not talking, I don’t hear anyone even though I see their circle glow up indicating that they’re talking.
