Cant talk in parties after communication ban

After a recent communications ban that ended yesterday @ 1 15 pm (eastern time) i can no longer talk to my friends in party chat. i was on the [hone with a customer support agent and she said the ban is still in place and the guys (or gals ) in the forum
could remove it because it ended may 19 2015 @1 am

My communication ban was lifted but im still unable to talk to friends in parties or send messages

i had a communication ban until the 23rd and even after my ban went away i still cant talk and neither can my other accounts

 

This is on xbox one for anyone reading

 

i have used 2 different controllers 2 consoles 4 different headsets deleted my profile hard reset my xbox , power cycled it and everything in the book but still have nothing please help!!!!

Sorry you're having issues after your communications suspension. Unfortunately no one in these forums will be able to help you with this if your communication is still suspended. Please see the link below to the enforcement forums and post a link there.
Someone from that team will get back with you on more details regarding your suspension. Also please allow 24 hours to elapse after your suspension has been lifted to completely remove.

Hi my communication ban ened on 19/9/15 10.58 I still can't communicate in game or party please help

 

^^i have the same problem as you but nobody will answer. They ignore that the issue is that the suspension is up, all communication privileges have resumed, yet our friends can't hear us in party or game chat. Help us, please, we are paying for a service
and not getting to use it.
