The only place that will show you that information is by signing into the account at enforcement.xbox.com

When you go there you will see an orange hammer when you click on that it will show you your accounts enforcement history including the amount of time on any current suspension and if the suspension is eligible you can file for a case review.

The case review process is the only way to talk with the enforcement team and they are the only ones that can give you any information beyond what is on their site about the suspension and it is the only way to get the suspension lifted sooner.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however Smwutches is correct: The Enforcement team no longer work on these forums. If support said that you're suspended until September, then it sounds like your console has a communications suspension on it. These do
not qualify for
Case Review on the Enforcement site, however there should be an email sent to your Microsoft Account email detailing the suspension.

If you happen to get any further account suspensions, then you can submit a Case Review for more information on the console suspension.
