Can't talk after my suspension

I've tried removing my account and downloading it again, power cycling, tried 2 different headsets, resetting router, Open NAT, 2 different controllers, a Skype mic test, and even swapping accounts if I could talk on that one. Still
nothing. My suspension was lifted 2-3 days ago I could still send messages, but I can't talk in parties or game chat. I can hear people in a party and game sounds. Please fix this I've tried everything you've told me to do on Xbox Support. I've never posted
on here, but I was speaking with someone on Twitter's Xbox Support and that person ended up ignoring me and sent a review how we did page.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, and then re-add the account to see if that clears up the issue.
