Cant talk after multiplayer and harrassment ban

Can anyone help me with this problem I am having . I had a 2 week ban on my xbox account. They hit me with 2 bans at once BTW. One for harrassment and one for communication. The ban was lifted over 2 weeks ago and im still unable to send messages or talk
in parties from any account on my xbox . Not just the effected one but all of them . Can anyone help me fix this issue thx!

Harassment, Identity Theft

Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.

Account ban

i had a communication ban until the 23rd and even after my ban went away i still cant talk and neither can my other accounts

Try this.

Remove/delete the account from your Xbox.

Power cycle the Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off.

Restart the console, and then recover it back onto the Xbox.

Ok tried that and its still not working . Didnt even add the account back on my xbox I tried to use my other dummy account and got the same thing

I was banned for a day and was not lifted fully after said it should be. I cant talk to anyone or here

I feel your pain. I got ban from someone harrassing me, i called him a hillbilly and blocked him. Two days later, communication ban. Two days after that, xbox live ban for 3 weeks for harassment, when I couldnt even communicate. Appealed it, “decision upheld".
Lol its a joke. Anyone can report you nonstop(which I presume was happening from the harrassing guy) and they will ban you just for fun.
