Can't take screenshots at all on XB1?

For some reason I can't take screenshots on any games anymore (have tested on multiple). The setting to allow me to take clips/etc is checked, but when I uncheck it to try to see if the turn it off/turn it on thing works, settings freezes and I have to go
to another screen. It's not storage- I've tried deleting unnecessary apps/pictures & still no dice. Not anywhere close to full on storage- at like 47%. This happened a couple of days ago too and fixed itself after a full shutdown- but I don't want it reoccurring
over and over again. Any idea what this is about? My friend had the same issue but it fixed itself. I'm starting to think it's something on Microsoft's end.

Can't take screenshots

I haven't been able to take any screenshots for a few weeks now. When i double tap the home button the option to take one by pressing Y isn't there. I never had any problems before. It just disappeared randomly out of nowhere.

 

Can't take clips/screenshots

One day I got on my Xbox one, and I was playing a game. When I wanted to record something and double tapped the Xbox button, the record clip or screenshot button were not there. My friend told me that I had to delete clips and screenshots from the DVR, but
when I go to it, it never works.

Let's start off by having you remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, power down your console completely, and then add your profile back. Let us know how it goes
