Can't take a screenshot or game clip in game

    Can't take a screenshot or game clip in game


    I honestly have no idea where to post this but it seemed most relevant because it does have to do with either the console or TV because there's 2 tv's here. one it HAS it working but the other *main area* doesn't. one TV has no black bars when playing on
    xbox one but the other one does. so idk if this has to do with the TV or xbox one just not detecting it right.

    I cant take a screenshot or video

    I've got UploadStudio, and I've tried turning the allow game captures on and off a couple times, and nothing. The option to take the screenshot or clip shows up, but nothing happens when I try it. I don't have a kinect either, so that is no help. I can't
    figure out why I am still unable to take game clips or screenshots. Anyone have any ideas?

    Screenshots not able to be shared

    As recently as a week ago I was able to take screenshots of my games and upload them to onedrive. Now I can't upload any screenshots at all. I still have Gold status so I'm unsure as to why I'm suddenly not able to upload any screenshots I take. I experimented
    with a video clip and it gave me the option to share that.

    What i'm saying is, is that the Game Clip/Take a Screenshot button will not show up on my TV that i use but when i use it on the other TV the game clip and take a screenshot button are there. also when i go to game dvr to record that it gives an error "Sorry,
    we couldn't record that. (0x8232300b)" so i don't get it.

    I have the same problem as GameRitter246 and I did check my preferences and it is enabled so there must be another reason why it's not working

    I'm in the same boat. I saw that the button X1 is pre-programmed to take a screenshot and X2 is pre-set for a 30s game clip. But I also can't find anywhere how to reassign these buttons. Anyone out there?
