    Hi there,

    It's weeks since I have repeated issues with my Xbox One X. The most important to me is the fact that I'm not able to sync (error code : 8083201d) my games saves for ALL my games: Forza, Assassin's Creed Origin, CupHead...

    I've tried the many workaround listed on this forum (smartphone as hotspot, power cycling, couples of factory reset, router ON/OFF, ethernet connection), but none of them work for me. I'm really upset as I've already lost dozen of play hours plus tons of
    troubleshooting hours. I'm fed up with this "cloud" storage which is non-sense (causing more issue than benefits).

    It's been almost 10 years that I am a Xbox Live member and for the 1st time, I'm really considering moving to Sony offer. Nothing to loose, after all...

    I went to sync from my 500gb to my new 1tb consol dark souls 2... 100+ hours..

    failed to sync

    8083201d

    now I cant even sync the data back to a 500gb ...

    my game is lost!

    Having the 8083201d sync issue myself over the last 4 days. Some games sync others won't. Been unable play Forza horizon 2 or Forza 6.

    Hope it gets sorted soon. Anyone managed to get it working?

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
    On the Manage storage devices screen, select:
    Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they’ll still be saved to the cloud. After that try again.
