    Can't sync my cloud storage for the past 3 weeks


    Hello, I have been unable to sync my cloud data to my xbox rendering me from playing any games in the past 3 weeks. I would like to know if there is any way for me to get compensation for me not being able to load any of my saves and potentially losing all
    saved games on my xbox one to this date.

    Cloud Storage

    Hi all,

    I'm hoping someone can explain to me exactly how Cloud Storage works with the Xbox 360. For example, I just enabled it today and went to play Gears of War 3, specifying to use Cloud Storage. After one Multiplayer match I went and checked and in Cloud Storage
    there is indeed a Gears of War 3 folder, and in there are Player Settings and Campaign progress.

    The Player Settings file is the same size as the one on my HDD, but the Campaign progress isn't. So, how exactly does the console sync with the Cloud?

    If I'm using Cloud storage, does it sync with the saves existing on my HDD, or will it copy them there so my HDD and Cloud Storage match up?

    My guess is that it has to do with Cloud Storage. When you elect to install a game the console pops up a list of all storage devices so you can choose which to install to. Cloud Storage probably isn't synchronized and you won't get past the swirl until it
    syncs.



    It's pretty annoying. There's no way to "force" a sync. I have a lot of save game files from one console that are in the cloud, but will not sync to my other console.

    You can't access cloud storage directly. If you want to delete the game from it, delete it locally and let things sync - that might work.
