Cant sync latest saved data?

I am trying to play Rainbow Six Siege and it keeps trying to sync the latest data but then comes up with a message saying, we couldnt get your latest saved data try again or use this game or app offline. It says it on every game that i try to play. I have
gone to settings to see if its my connection but it says that i am connected to wifi.

okay so i tried to do what that link told me to but it says that there was a problem with some of the tests.

Thanks for the reply. If there are issues with the network tests. I recommend to try

power cycling the Xbox console and network hardware by disconnecting the power on both.

The saved data may have been overwritten already which means that re-syncing the game data will just sync the latest save.

Cant sync latest saved data?
