Can't sync game data

I've been trying for the past couple days to load up Subnautica and everytime I load it up it starts trying to sync the game data and every time it does that a message pops up saying "We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now" all my other
games can sync just fine. I've tried deleting the local save cache, uninstalling it and reinstalling it, hard resetting my xbox and going into settings to see if its anything to do with my cloud storage settings but my cloud storage settings aren't there,
any advice?

I got no errors and the test went by instantly and says "Everything is good, your console is connected to the internet" So as of right now i'm fresh out of ideas on how to fix it and i'm hoping that the full release tomorrow fixes the issue, thank you

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing up with the cloud data. Usually this happens when an Xbox One console is having an issue keeping a good connection to Xbox Live.

To test your network connection:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network Settings.
On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection. The test will run automatically and let you know if there’s a problem with your connection.

If you get an error during the test, try the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution.

Give this a try and please let us know the results!

Remove the Account and then Add it back to the Xbox One and then give it another try.

I've already talked to the people at Unknown Worlds and they said this

"Xbox game Syncing is all on Microsoft's end I'm afraid.
Make sure it's uploaded on the old console if you upgraded, and then try re-syncing again. Not much else you can do really." So i'm hoping that the full release tomorrow fixes it or that Microsoft
Support gets back to me

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work try contacting the Unknown Worlds Entertainment support group for assistance.
