    Hi

    If possible can you try connecting to another network to try and eliminate your internet connection being the cause for this.

    I am involved in Xbox, usually supporting others. But now I need help. I cant sync any cloud data or connect to games, I have power washed my console, cleared saved local games, the normal. I checked my connection, I am on an ATT Mobile Hotspot on iPhone
    8 plus. I have 45.88 Mbps D. 11.58 Mbps U. Ping.115 and Packet loss. 0% and Strength 100%. I doubt its my connection. Thanks for the help!

    Thankfully you shouldn't lose your saved data even if you cant check it as the cloud will sync your data to your new xbox
