Can't sumit reviews

It does seem kind of dumb, doesn't it? It probably has something to do with it being registered as owned on Microsoft's servers if you own the digital copy.

But yeah disc owners should be able to review the game if they so wish. You should make a post about it on the Xbox ideas site. You never know it might be made possible in a future update to the Microsoft Store.

It should verify if you've played the game and let you review it based on that. It makes snese so people don't review things they've never played but perhaps they should change how they check it.

Nope it doesn't the game I'm trying leave a review on is call of duty modern warfare I own it on disc but yet it says I do not the game so your unable to submit a review on this game

It is kind of dumb. Xbox only allows players to review a game if they own a license to play the game. That is what you are actually buying when you buy a game online. Kind of like a key to access a game. A disk is different and doesn’t give you a permanent
key.
