Can't subscribe to Xbox Live Gold

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here, I recently got into a problem with my Xbox Live Subscription (which I suspect was caused by conflict in my addresses / credit card). I live in Indonesia, so I had to change my address to Singapore (using my uncle's address). I
managed to subscribe to Gold beforehand, but I had to unsubscribe due to various circumstances.

Now I wanna start subscribing again, but whenever I try to purchase a 1 month subscription to Gold through the Xbox Page or my own account / subscriptions page, they always end up in error codes, missing pages, etc.

Trying to contact microsoft support is tough, anyone here is an official support member team? Or does anyone ever faced this kind of problem before? Really need help here, I couldn't play any online games or enjoy the benefit of Gold if this problem keeps
on persisting.

problem to connect with my gold live subscription

I recently subscribe to a xbox gold live to play on star wars. Problem is they keep telling me I should subscribe to a gold live to play. Which I did 3 days ago!! ****.. So I can't play live with my subscription... Anyone help??

Have you updated your payment options? Check them out through your Microsoft account online. See link below:

account.microsoft.com/.../payments

I would start there and make sure you are using the correct payment option that ties to where your credit card is issued. Basically, if your bank account is set up at 123 main st. springfield, MA but you have the info for the cards payment on your Microsoft
account as 9876 washington blvd anytown, usa instead because that's where you live, There will be a conflict. Make sure all of your information is correct. Remove the payment options and add them again if you have to just to be sure.

 

today i redeemed a free 48 hour xbox live gold trial code successfully but when i try to play on xbox live it says: you are not currently signed into xbox live or you do not currently have the correct functionality. please help i've never had this problem
before.
