    cant subscribe to gold or game pass


    look all I want to do is buy with a pre paid visa card that works 3 months of gold for $12 and the game pass for $11 and there is some problem on Microsoft's end, it keeps saying cant prossess. can anyone help?

    Free month of Xbox live gold with gamepass

    hi so on my dashboard it said subscribe to game pass and get a free months gold..... so I did and it still says my gold runs out the 30th of this month will I get a code come through or something? I've had game pass since the 12th of April.
