Can't submit a repair

    Can't submit a repair


    I have a problem with my Xbox S which is still under warranty.

    Console starts up which leads to update saying 52% complete and then goes no higher. After a while changes to error screen with code ref E100 00000703 8091000D wit 2 options. The options are restart and troubleshoot. Restart the xbox leads back to error
    screen and troubleshoot, leading to 4 options. All go back to the error screen.

    Tried to submit a request for repair tonight but can't finish the process! Asks me to put in my password, which I give. It then kicks me back out to the start of the request for a repair process.

    Now tried this about 8 times and it still won't work.

    Hacked off. Can anyone help?

    Hi there

    Unfortunately no one here can help you regarding submitting a repair itself thst is something only you or a xbox support rep themselves can do

    If you haven't tried alreadly you could try contacting xbox support directly and having them complete the repair request over the phone with you

    * if the option you pick doesn't let you contact them. Simply click on to the virtual agent and when it asks "how can help" if you type in "talk to an agent" it will set up a call back option for you

    Also have you tried a factory reset of the console itself

    You are able to do it without even getting to the dashboard which is where your problem is

    If you can't submit a ticket online for repair, then I suggest you call support. 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    i have the exact same problems, can’t submit a report clear cookies etc etc no matter what i try on different browsers and computers. Then request a call says there is an error. Unbelievably frustrating!

    Did you solve the issue at all, I’ve no idea what to do now…

    No I’m totally stuck still trying to get in contact with anyone. Even calling numbers I’ve found go through the automated bit then basically say go online and hang up.
