cant submit a case review when ive done nothing wrong and am falsely banned for 7 days

i started a post saying giving items to noobs on terraria because i wanted to help people out but it kept saying inappropriate content so i tried saying giving away items to new people etc. and it all said inappropriate content maybe you guys should fix your swear system because this isnt the first nor second time this happened to me it happened multiple times on other accounts i own and im getting really frustrated with it you guys need to fix it because the old times i could do it no problem but now everything is inappropriate

ive submitted a case review for my comms ban but ive received nothing about my gaming ban. Ive tried find a way to contact the enforcement team and there is nothing that i can find at all

I already submitted a case review and its been denied but there is no info or any proof I have done anything wrong? Is there any other way I can get this ban reversed I have been trying for 7+ hours now.

I can't submit a case review as it says the cases 'Decision upheld' but nothing was mentioned about a permanent ban for me to appeal and now it's too late as i cant send a review because i am permanently banned? In desperate need of help, theres no other
way i can contact the enforcement team.
