Discus and support cant submit a case review for my sons account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Ive tried to submit a case review for my sons account but it wont let me as it comes up with we have technical issues every time I try to submit a case...     Ive tried to submit a case review for my sons account but it wont let me as it comes up with we have technical issues every time I try to submit a case review. ive tried so many times throughout the day please help

    i cannot submit a case review

    i am signed in with my adult profile which is linked to my sons gamertag. I am trying to submit a case review to get his suspenstion lifted but all i see is this:

    Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in. To see your Microsoft account family, visit

    Suspension of son's account

    I have received an email that my son's XBOX Live account is suspended. I tried to post this in the Enforcement forum, but there's no option to post.

    I have logged in with my account to Xbox Enforcement. I see a message that Enforcement Date is ‎09‎/‎03‎/‎2018‎ ‎18‎:‎48‎:‎19. It says suspended until 09/28/2016 06:48:19 PM. However, son can
    still log in to Xbox Live.

    Message says: Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in.

    I am the associated parent and I am signed in, but have no option to submit a Case Review. Son claims to have no idea why suspended!



    How can I get details of why suspended and/or submit Case Review?

    yes, ive tried through 2 browsers and cleared cache still comes up with we are having technical issues try again later

    To file a case review for a minor's account, your account should be registered as the parental account

    Yes I was signed into my account and got to the type your notes max 500 characters. I entered my notes then clicked submit and it still came up with technical issues try again later

    Yes - I am the parent account for my son's account. I am not able to submit the review request using a child account. I am using my account to submit the case review request. It has been two weeks now.
