    Can't stream Xbox to windows 10 pc.


    I have tried many times to steam my Xbox one to my windows 10 pc. I am on the latest update and connected to the same wifi. When I connect to my console it doesn't give me the option to stream. So I click on home and click on game streaming. It loads for
    a bit and says, "Game streaming is turned off in your Xbox one. To turn it back on go to settings > preferences." And yes, this option is turned on for me. I don't know why but can someone help, please? Thanks.

    Hi BrianRagle,

    The Xbox One isn't really designed to be a network media server. You can only stream from your Xbox to your Windows 10 PC using the Xbox App for Windows 10. However protected video and HDCP-protected content can't be streamed with game streaming. This includes
    protected HDMI television content as well as the content from many media applications.

    The Xbox app on windows 10 allows you to stream your Xbox to your Windows 10 PC to play on a local internet connection (LAN) with it.

    It is not possible to play xbox 360 games on an android phone or Windows 7 professional. You can't even play them on Windows 10. You CAN play them via streaming to your xbox one that is playing the xbox 360 game and play on your Windows 10 PC though.

    The Xbox Live app on your phone is for messages, videos, possibly parties and redeeming codes. That's all that it can do.

    Hi, you can't project from Xbox to PC/Laptop using hdmi. It's just not possible. You can stream from Xbox One to Windows 10 Xbox app though.
