    Can't stream TNF on Amazon video. Xbox 360


    I cannot figure out how to steam Thursday night football on the Amazon video app for Xbox 360. Can anyone help with this problem. I have the app on my phone and the streaming option pops right up. But I have searched and searched the app on Xbox 360 and
    cannot find any option to stream anything.

    I'm not certain that the Xbox 360 version of the Amazon app has the feature of being able to stream live content. You can submit a request for that feature to Amazon as well as feedback.xbox.com I would just verify that your app is set up properly using
    the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/apps/amazon-instant-video-setup to ensure it's not a setup error.

    Error Code 7083 in Amazon Prime Video

    I have installed Amazon Prime Video on Xbox 360 and went through the password and device registration process and every video that I click on says...

    There’s a problem playing the video you’ve selected. Please try again or choose a different video. Error Code 7083

    I have searched the internet and this site and Amazon site and cannot find anyone else with this same error code. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Amazon Prime Video app and verified my Xbox Live account
    and still having this problem. I also talked to Amazon tech support who was really nice and tried hard to fix the problem but they could not get it working either. I also have two Xbox 360s and I am having the same problem on both of them. I am able to stream
    every other streaming site just fine.

    "To watch Amazon Instant Video content on your console, you need:

    • To be signed into an Xbox Live
    • At least 75 megabytes (MB) of available storage space"

    "Install the Amazon Instant Video app

    1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
    2. Browse or search for Amazon.
    3. Select Amazon to download the app. Once downloaded, the Amazon Instant Video app automatically starts.
    To start Amazon Instant Video later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then select
    Amazon."

    If you still can't see the app then I would recommend to
    clear the console system cache.

    Amazon Prime Video - Issue For MONTHS!!

    The thing is, that the Amazon App is developed by Amazon themselves. Microsoft only offers the store to download the Amazon App from.

    If other video streaming works on your Xbox (e.g. Netflix or whatever other streaming services you might have), and it's related to the Amazon app, you would have to contact Amazon support for that.

    You can't connect the Xbox 360 to the Xbox App. Only the Xbox One can stream to the Xbox App.

    Long explanation:

    The Xbox One has specifically resources reserved to record or stream the console's video output, so you can stream to Beam or Twitch, or record your Gameplay.

    The Xbox 360 does not have these resources. And since compressing and streaming video requires a lot of CPU power, and the Xbox 360 is uses nearly 98% CPU resources for rendering games (the rest is used for Guide, Parties and background music), the Xbox
    360 also can't get an update to allow game streaming.

    In short: It's not possible to connect the Xbox App to the 360.

    Any video streaming on xbox one for me stutters whether that be sky or amazon video. Hard reset to the xbox fixes the issue temporarily but it reappears
