    Cant stream movie due to service alert


    I have been having an issue with streaming and downloading videos on my xbox 360. I will play a movie and the it will play ok for a couple of minutes then the loading circle pops up and it stops playing my video. I get an error message saying ive lost
    internet connection yet im still connected to xbox live before and after that pops up. So i try to play video again and it does the same thing so i go to test xbox live connection and it says service alert. Yet when i go to this website from my computer it
    shows no service alert. And after seeing im not the only xbox 360 customer with this same issue i have to wonder why it hasnt been resolved. You can take and take people's money but the service you provide is lacking in everyway.

    Movies and TV app will not play movies

    Hi Dis12,

    Try checking on the movie now as the service alert for core services has been lifted. There is still one for movies and TV. Remember and this goes for all, there are tons and tons of people that are getting this movie so most likely the reason for the alert
    on movies and TV.

    Hi, it could be because due to the current situation with Covid19 all streaming services like Netflix Amazon etc have reduced your bandwidth and movies in 4K are not currently offered

    xbox videos lag SOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD

    The only time I had trouble with a video on the dashboard is when there was a service alert. regarding streaming. Other than that, they stream fine for me.
