cant stream, a problem that stumped me and xbox support

so i have a problem. i cant stream.

it works for our other xbone, but not this. it worked before, but now its not. both have Ethernet. non of my family's pcs can even SEE the one i want to stream to. i did EVERYTHING EVEN REMOTELY RELATED TO FIXING MY PROBLEM. i big fat nothing. xbox support
gave me soultions i already tried. i (a tech geek) should be able to fix anything in 10 mins flat. even my dad can, with a support manual. but i spent 2 hours and i turn up stumped. i chatted with ambassadors, even xbox support, and
they provided me with this: STALLING IN THE FORM OF SOLUTIONS IVE ALREADY TRIED. that may be harsh, but i really want to play with my good friend who moved this summer. he moved across the country, and we only talk through this. i stream because my brother
hogs the downstairs xbone, and my parents are in the same room as the other one constantly, and watch tv a lot.

if you can help, i think you should be the tech support, because xbox might have mastered consoles, but DEFINETLY not good tech support.

can someone help me with fifa 18

everytime when i try to buy fifa points it said that transaction didn't work and to please contact microsoft support.

i have had this problem always and im a streamer and i can buy and more fifa packs so i cant stream fifa

what do i do

 

my gamerscore has reduced for some reason

Man I hope it fixes itself I have lost 50.000 at the moment and xbox support are stumped as much as me.
