Can't stop recurring billing

My recurring billing for my fornite crew subscription refuses to cancel. It seems the only way to solve it is to speak to a human. However, this seem to be an impossible task. I'm so dissapointed in Microsoft and their support services. I have now been struggling
for the last 5 hours just to try and cancel my recurrng billing and to get in touch with a human support person. I really thought that an enterprise like Microsoft would care more about their customers. It is sad to realize that Microsft has become a company
that just don't care about their customers.

Does anyone know how I can possibly get in touch with human to help me resolve an issue that would most probably only take them a few minutes?
