Can't stay connected on 360 when my XboxOne is also connected

Up until the service problems on 3/11, I was able to keep both my XboxOne and my 360 connected to live. Since then, my 360 can connect but disconnects (no error code) after about 3-5 minutes. I've made no changes on my end. Although since I've been having
problems I have power cycled both my modem and my router, which has not helped. My router is a Belkin N+, I'm not port forwarding & I have UPnP enabled.

This happened once before around Christmas. At that time I deleted my profile which pretty much *** me over for a few days since I was then unable to download my profile, so I'm hesitant to go down that path again.

    :)

Xbox one is still messing up, and its getting worse

xbox one is a joke. my 12 year old xbox 360 can stay connected to live all day long, play games, stream movies, whatever I want it to do. however my brand new xbox one can't stay connected for more than 30 seconds at a time. it's ridiculous
