    Can't start Xbox Fitness


    Hello guys,

    I bought my Xbox One last week and I'm facing issues with Xbox Fitness. I downloaded it but I couldn't launch it. It just goes to the advertisement screen (black screen with exclamation mark) and freezes on it. It never launches. I already uninstalled
    and reinstalled up to 4 times and didn't work. Did anyone passed thru that ? Does anyone have a workaround for that ? Please let me know!!

    Xbox Fitness problem with Insanity course.

    Strange I am also having problems with Xbox Fitness but I am not getting any errors.

    Xbox Fitness starts up fine and plays the intro video fine. The problem is when it goes to the xbox fitness home screen it just sits there with the loading dots going in a circle. It never loads the workout library. I can't delete the cloud data because
    it is stuck loading.

    Anyone have this problem?

    Pre-stream Xbox Fitness Videos? (aka "insufficient bandwidth" error)

    I'm having the same issue. I can't start a video on Xbox Fitness because it tells me I have an "internet connection error." I can stream Hulu, Netflix and play online games just fine. And my speed test is way above the recommended limits (support.xbox.com/.../slow-performance-solution).

    This appears to be an issue with Xbox Fitness.

    Sorry to hear it. This occasionally happens with Xbox Fitness. Please hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to resolve the issue.

    That didn't worked. I tried once yesterday and no effects. I will try again, but will also unplug from the power. How can Microsoft do this with a game that carry Xbox brand with it?

    Can't even start a workout. Fitness crashes as soon as I select to work out or visit the library. Restarts and reinstalls are no help. Completely broken.

    Xbox Fitness Refuses to start

    I had this problem a few months back and like the two previous posters said, switching to another user account cleared the issue - I think I say this in another thread somewhere in this forum.

    My wife had a dormant account so I didn't have to set up a new account - I just logged in as her, started up Fitness, let it load all the way up and then switched to my account. After I finished and came back out to the XBox Home, I had no further problems.

    Hi I'm from Mexico I can fix the problem, I don't know if its a fix for all but it worked for me, I tried all the option that all posted, but nothing worked, this is what I did:

    I just put a STATIC IP to my XBOX ONE and then I just did a "port forwarding" on several ports on my internet modem, in my case CABLEVISION with a HITRON modem, you can see the network ports used by Xbox Live here support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP y TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP y TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    I just did it and it worked. I hope it can help. If you dont know how to do a "port forwarding" you can visit this web page.
