cant start this game

i bought bo3 last year and i played it very often... now i cant start it again. the disk is ok there are no scratches or anything like that and its the only game whitch dosnt works on my xbox. I tried to delete it and now i cant install it again beacause
my xbox cant read the cd... other games even go but bo3 dosent. need help :/ (and sorry if there are some misstakes, im a german student and im not the best in writing some english texts )

Hey there Chavie! Have you tried clearing your cache in between deleting/redownloading?

If not, I'd give these steps a shot:

-Go to System, Settings, Storage, find the game and delete it.

-Clear your system cache (here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache.)

-Restart your console.

-Redownload the game from your download history (here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history).

Let us know how that goes for you, then we'll work from there! ^_^
