    Can't start the Xbox one


    Time to time, when I whant to start the Xbox the screen of TV is black and nothing happens. I have checked all the cables and all are pluged correctly. The TV have two HDMi ports and I tried both of them and the problem is the same.

    Can't start the game

    Some months ago I uninstalled the game and I tried installing it some weeks ago, it is in the list of games ready to install (those which I own but aren't installed in the HDD) and after installing it I wasn't able to play it because I don't have the permissions.
    I wonder why this happens, the problem is that the game does not appear in my billing list.
