Can't start the game

Some months ago I uninstalled the game and I tried installing it some weeks ago, it is in the list of games ready to install (those which I own but aren't installed in the HDD) and after installing it I wasn't able to play it because I don't have the permissions.
I wonder why this happens, the problem is that the game does not appear in my billing list.

Can't start the game

When I start Plants vs. Zombies Gw and i get to the "Press START" part. Then I press the button and the game turns to a black screen and the Xbox froze. I can't exit the game without turning off my concole. I have Xbox Live Gold and everything that it need
to work.

I know because I already played it. Thanks for helping.

Try restarting the xbox and clearing the cache, and if that doesn't work then try to hard reset it.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to launch a game.

If the game is indeed reflecting on your
Order history, then this might not necessarily be an issue with your console but with your account.

If you have already performed a soft factory reset on your console, then this would imply that you had to add your account once more to your console.

At this point, what I would recommend to do would be to
uninstall the game, use a
power cycle by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. At this point you can restart your console and use re-install the game.

I had the same exact issue and the following odd solution solved it.

Open the Windows Store app and then install a random app it doesn't matter which one, and then you can uninstall the app again.

Start Forza Horizon 3 and it should work just fine.

Make sure the GPU drivers are up to date and that W10 has all the updates correctly installed.
