    Can't start support chat or ask to be called. Am logged in.


    I can't start a support chat or ask to be dialed up. Below is what I see in both cases. It is impossible to enter my name in the gray fields. It is therefore impossible to submit my request.

    I am logged in while doing this.

    I can't fill firs/last name in form when asking for chat contact with support.

    I need help from XBoxLIve support. I am logged in. When I open the "contact" form, choosing chat or call, the first and last name fields are grey and bloked, I can't write in them. Whithout those, I can't start support chat.

    My microsoft account is complete, my first and last name are there. Please suggest?

    Billed twice and can't access chat or phone call support

    I was billed twice last night for a game.

    Today was trying to access to chat/phone support but the system ask me to put my name and lastname (mandatory) but the fields are disabled (dark grey).

    So I can't solve this situation.

    The problem is i am unable to log into the enforcement page with the banned account and so i can't file a review for it hence i was told to do so in here by support chat.

    Hello aaaa, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller.

    If you're unable to set up a repair for the controller online then you would need to contact a Microsoft Advocate for more help. There is no longer an inbound line to call support for more help but you can do an online chat with them.

    Please log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start the process for a chat. When you get to a fellow Xbox gamer ask to be escalated to an Advocate for more help.

    Sorry you cant name and shame on the forums, if you have been hacked you need to contact xbox support. And they will start a investigation and suspensed the account while they do this. But noone can log onto someone account unless they have been given the
    log in details.
