can't start downloaded game

I've got the Game Pass Ultimate edition and I downloaded Slay the Spire but get this error message when i try to start the game

"Slay The Spire ist unter Ihrem Konto derzeit nicht verfügbar. Der Fehlercode ist 0x803F8001, falls Sie ihn benötigen."

Hope to get the issue resolved

edit:Sorry if this wasn't clear, it's about an PC game from the game pass

That's the error code for not being signed in to XBox live. Are you signed into the account that has Game Pass on it?

I am sorry to hear about what happened. Let's do our best to sort this out.

First, be sure to get the latest updates on your Windows and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

If everything is updated, please reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:
Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device and try to install the game again.
