Can't start any app, including report a problem

    Can't start any app, including report a problem


    I'm unable to start any apps, as they just immediately crash back to the dashboard. I tried uninstalling a couple and now I can't reinstall them either. It just says installation stopped. I've restarted several times, including hard restarts, and unplugging for a 2+ minutes.

    Hi MDH, Sign in issues like these are often difficult because if you can't log in, your more than likely not able to report this issue so logs are included to help. If for some luck you are able to report this via the Xbox App (Beta) using the "report a
    problem" it will greatly help with the investigation.

    Why when using the Xbox App Beta do my games appear in both the WindowsApps folder and the new XboxGames folder?

    Hi DJ, what version of the app are you using? Are you also observing this issue using Xbox App (Beta)? If yes, please report this issue by using the "report a problem". This will include helpful data for the developers to investigate.

    Can't Uninstall Anything

    I have this problem now, too. The system won't start any apps either, or play games on disc. It will install new games/apps. I've tried a hard reset, including a power disconnect for 5 minutes. No joy.
