Can't start and downloads

    Can't start and downloads


    Hello,

    Anytime I try to start a download from either the ready to install tab or directly from the store it does nothing. Nothing starts in the queue and the install button is just greyed out until I leave the store. If I go back I can try installing again but
    nothing happens. No games I have tried work and this has been happening for almost a month.

    I have tried a hard reset, checked through all my settings and there is no reason that I shouldn't be able to download any of my games and yet they don't. No pending or status in queue. I can play online just fine, updates work as well. Uninstaller a game
    I had aND now I cant reinstall it either.

    I have purchased this and I have yet to be able to download. I have cleared the cache, rebooted, and deleted the download. It always says the file is corrupted.

    That's the error code for not being signed in to XBox live. Are you signed into the account that has Game Pass on it?
