Cant start a game

Why i cant start a game while all my friends are playing?wtf is wrong???

Hey there Chavie! Have you tried clearing your cache in between deleting/redownloading?

If not, I'd give these steps a shot:

-Go to System, Settings, Storage, find the game and delete it.

-Clear your system cache (here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache.)

-Restart your console.

-Redownload the game from your download history (here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history).

Let us know how that goes for you, then we'll work from there! ^_^

He my friend is trying to play his games and every time he goes to play one it signs him out on Xbox live please message my account via Xbox if you can help I'll be on all day

 

Me either and live support is a *** joke. Looks lime ill be purchasing a ps4

 

None of games will start and when I called support they told me it's an outage and they won't do any thing for a sup. Even hung up on me the worst I have ever been treated by Microsoft it was like I was talking to some one at Comcast one things for sure
I'm never buying another digital copy from Microsoft again.

 

i think everyone needs to just chill out. services are down for a little bit and everyone wants to just drop xbox for good? wtf is up with that. so just relax for a little while longer(more than 2min) depending on the issue its not going to fix itself. people
have to get out bed across the world and go fix this stuff.

 

If you honestly think that today's outage is bad, I don't believe you've ever owned a Sony PS3 or PS4. I converted to XBOX after the XBONE released and I can tell you all with utmost certainty that these sort issues occur more frequently on PS4. Also if
you think Live Support is a Joke, I don't believe you've ever owned a PS4 or PS3. I called Sony last year before I sold my PS4 and I had a tech ask me "what is Minecraft?" They aren't gamers at Sony, it's just a bunch of minimum wage earning idiots that
only care about how much time they have left until the work day is over. When I call Microsoft for help I almost always have a great experience and I also end up having a good conversation about games for some reason, probably because 1 they care and 2 they
are actually gamers themselves.

 

It isnt that I dont like XBox one its just that I hate owning a $500 paper weight withnot being able to play alot because of stuff going wrong.I pay alot of money to be able to enjoy my games they should use some of it to prevent this type of thing from
happening.

Sorry you guys were having issues. These were likely caused by an outage on the Live services yesterday. Checking again it looks like the outage has been resolved. If you still have any issues launching games, or you cannot sign in please create a new thread
