cant start a game even when signed in

Im connected to the internet and able to sign in but when I start Titanfall, its stuck on the 'signing in' page. Cant start any game.... NAT type Open..Anyone know whats going on??

Please try to first test your connection to Xbox LIVE, if everything is alright there and no error codes come up, try the instructions below:

Try everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

 

Signed out when I start a game

Every time I start-up any of my games I am signed out of my account and disconnected from x-box live.

 

I just checked mine and all is well ... I would unplug modem and router , clear alt mac address on xbox one then plug modem and router back up (reboot everything basically ) .....

Can describe more precisely what errors You got? As I can see, You do not have active Xbox Live Gold Subscription, without it You can't play in multiplayer games like Titanfall.

 

I wasnt getting any errors. this is an alternate profile is why your not seeing my gold subscription. But clearing the MAC address resolved the issue..thanks Bimnog!!
