    Can't solve my ban case review


    Hello,

    I'm writing for my other xbox live account, GamerTag : CodeJohnDoe28

    I can't access this forum with the email address of this gamertag, because of a permanent ban.

    The problem is that fir this ban of CodeJohnDoe28, I submit a case review 4 days ago.

    Today, I received an email with this :

    This email is to notify you that the status of your enforcement Case Review has changed and requires your attention.

    To check the latest status of your Case Review, refer to your Case Review History

    Please refer to any comments from the case's enforcement agent for any additional directions and specific details regarding the progression of the case.

    When I go on the case review history I can see that :

    CodeJohnDoe28's active suspensions

    Permanent

    Marketplace Theft

    Start date:Invalid Date

    End date: Permanent

    Enforcement impact:This account cannot sign in to Xbox Live from any device.

    Enforcement details:This account participated in fraudulent activity. This may include transferring content licenses for fraudulent purposes, repeatedly attempting to acquire unauthorized refunds from Microsoft Support or financial institutions, asking for
    or sharing an account's email and password, attempting to illegitimately acquire or use prepaid codes, using glitches or exploits for financial gain, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft.

    On the right there is a green box with this :

    Case Review:

    Need Info

    But when I click on it, I go back to enforcement.xbox.com !

    So I can't see what informations are required and I can't answer !

    When I try to came here with my ban account, I arrived back to enforcement.xbox.com

    So please, can someone help me please to answer in my case review ?

    i've got banned unfairly

    You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

    It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.

    You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

    It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.

    it said my ban is up so I can't do a case review and they didn't inform me about still be banned from communication
