Can't sign up for Xbox rewards.

As we mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/22588380-f7d1-4326-b1d1-d9306d3a00a1) if you recently changed your information it can take
us up to 96 hours to receive these changes. We see that your Microsoft Account is now set to the UK, and you should be able to register successfully.

We see that you have been registered since 2012. We are also able log in as your account successfully. Therefore, this sounds like a user connectivity issue. We recommend using a different browser or clearing your browsers' cache.

The only gamer tag change was the initial one you mentioned. I've been using this gamer tag since the day I activated my gold membership.
