    Can't sign up for XBox Live Rewards


    Hey,

    I'm trying to sign up for Xbox Live Rewards for days (since Jan. 3rd 2017, so more than 96 hours) but the webpage always tells me that I don't have a xbox live account (altough I own an xbox live gold account). I'm out of options and don't know what to do
    now. Please assist.

    Can't Join Xbox Live Rewards

    I can't sign in to the page where you join Xbox Live Rewards. Even after clicking the sign in button, I still don't see my name in the upper right corner, and I get this whenever I try to sign up: "

    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards."
