    Can't sign to my Microsoft account because it says "it doesnt exist"


    When I try to use the minecraft launcher, it says this error code: "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001". I am signed in to the store when I go on it, but when I try to log in to my microsoft account on my browser, it says "account doesn't exist", and when I try to create an account using the same email, it says "an account already exists with that email"

    I have tried most of the support options including recover my username, which gave me an outlook email I have never seen before. I tried the virtual agent and it was useless, and I tried contacting a gamer and they didn't help. I just want to get back into my minecraft account, because it is like 6 years old and I don't want to lose it.

    Hi. Whenever I try and use one of the account recovery methods, it doesnt work. When I try and sign into microsoft account recovery with my email it says that the email doesnt exist. However, I know the account exists as I bought minecraft with it. Is there anything I can do about this or is my minecraft and microsoft account lost forever?

    Is there a way to recover my Minecraft Account when my Microsoft account got hacked / deleted?

    If the hacker replaced my info with theirs, how can I get it back since I already made another account with the same email?

    The 3 emails says, " Microsoft account security info added," "Microsoft account secuirty info deleted," and "Microsoft account password change,"

    Next thing I know, when I try to sign in minecraft, it say my email doesnt exist.

    I removed an email as an alias, i get that its permanently deleted but can that same email be used to create a new account?

    Im pretty sure its deleted because thats what other microsoft posts said about the same thing, but it still says it exists when i try to sign into my xbox account but when i try to sign into microsoft it says it doesn't exist and doesn't allow me to make another one?
